1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the DocScan Easy PDF app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Use of License
DocScan Easy PDF grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Use the application to forge, alter, or falsify legal documents, signatures, or official records.
- Use the application for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Features: Some features of the App may require a paid subscription (e.g., unlimited scans, advanced OCR, or watermark removal).
- Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that document scanning, edge detection, and text recognition (OCR) will always be 100% accurate, as this depends on lighting, camera conditions, and document quality.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application or the documents generated by it.
