Privacy Policy
VoxNote: Voice to Text

VoxNote ("the App", "we") is developed by Azimjon (azimxxm). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: your data never leaves your device.
1. Data We Collect
None. VoxNote does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data on external servers. There are no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking of any kind.
2. How Your Recordings and Transcripts Are Handled
- Voice recordings are captured using your device microphone and saved only in the App's private storage on your device.
- Transcription is performed entirely on-device using Apple's built-in speech recognition. Your audio is never uploaded to us or to any third-party server for transcription.
- Transcripts and notes are stored locally on your device alongside the recordings.
- Deleting a recording or note in the App permanently removes it from your device. We have no copy and no way to recover it.
3. Device Permissions

You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. The App will continue to work, but recording or transcription will be unavailable until the permission is granted again.
4. Purchases
VoxNote Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your name, payment details, or billing address. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Third Parties
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks. The App does not share data with third parties — because it does not collect any.
6. Children's Privacy
VoxNote does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Since no data leaves the device, no children's personal information is ever received by us.
7. Data Security
Your recordings and transcripts are protected by the security of your own device (device passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS sandboxing). If you use an iCloud device backup, your local App data may be included in that backup under your own Apple account — this is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
8. Your Rights
Because all data lives only on your device, you are in full control:
- Access / export — your recordings and transcripts are available in the App at any time.
- Deletion — delete any recording or note in the App, or delete the App itself to remove all of its data.
9. Changes to This Policy
If the App's data practices ever change (for example, if a future version adds an online feature), this policy will be updated and the effective date revised before such a feature ships.
