1. Shartlarni qabul qilish
Talaba ilovasini ("ilova") yuklab olib yoki undan foydalanib, siz ushbu Foydalanish shartlariga rozilik bildirasiz. Agar rozi bo'lmasangiz, ilovadan foydalanmang.
2. Ilova haqida
Talaba — talabalarga universitet axborot tizimidagi (HEMIS) shaxsiy kabinetiga qulay kirish imkonini beruvchi mustaqil (norasmiy) mobil ilova. Ilova HEMIS yoki biror universitet bilan rasmiy aloqaga ega emas va ular tomonidan tasdiqlanmagan, homiylik qilinmagan.
3. Foydalanish sharti — hisob
Ilovadan foydalanish uchun sizda amaldagi talaba hisobi (universitetingiz tomonidan berilgan ID va parol) bo'lishi shart. Hisobingiz maxfiyligi va undan foydalanish uchun siz javobgarsiz. Ilova faqat siz kiritgan ma'lumotlar yordamida sizning o'z kabinetingizga ulanadi.
4. Ruxsat etilgan foydalanish
Ilovadan faqat shaxsiy, ta'limiy maqsadda va o'z hisobingiz doirasida foydalaning. Quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:
- boshqalarning hisobiga ruxsatsiz kirishga urinish;
- ilovani teskari muhandislik qilish, buzish yoki universitet serveriga zarar yetkazish;
- ilova orqali olingan ma'lumotlardan noqonuniy maqsadda foydalanish;
- xizmatga ortiqcha yuk berish yoki avtomatlashtirilgan suiiste'mol.
5. Ma'lumotlarning aniqligi
Ilovada ko'rsatiladigan barcha ma'lumotlar (jadval, baho, davomat, moliya va h.k.) universitetingizning HEMIS serveridan olinadi. Biz bu ma'lumotlarni yaratmaymiz va o'zgartirmaymiz. Ma'lumotlarning to'liqligi yoki aniqligiga kafolat bermaymiz — rasmiy maqsadlar uchun universitetingizning rasmiy manbasiga murojaat qiling.
6. Maxfiylik
Ma'lumotlaringiz qanday qayta ishlanishi haqida Maxfiylik siyosatini o'qing.
7. Kafolatlar yo'qligi
Ilova "borligicha" (as is) taqdim etiladi. Biz ilova uzluksiz, xatosiz yoki har doim mavjud bo'lishiga kafolat bermaymiz. Universitet serveri o'zgarishi ilova ishiga ta'sir qilishi mumkin.
8. Javobgarlikni cheklash
Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada, ilovadan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan bilvosita yoki tasodifiy zararlar uchun dasturchi javobgar emas.
9. O'zgarishlar
Ushbu shartlar yangilanishi mumkin. Yangilangandan keyin ilovadan foydalanishda davom etish yangi shartlarni qabul qilish hisoblanadi.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using the Talaba app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. About the app
Talaba is an independent (unofficial) mobile app that gives students convenient access to their personal cabinet in the university information system (HEMIS). The app is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HEMIS or any university.
3. Eligibility — account
To use the app you must have an active student account (the ID and password issued by your university). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for their use. The app connects only to your own cabinet, using the credentials you enter.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only for personal, educational purposes and only with your own account. The following are prohibited:
- attempting to access anyone else's account without authorization;
- reverse-engineering, tampering with, or harming the app or the university server;
- using data obtained through the app for unlawful purposes;
- overloading the service or automated abuse.
5. Accuracy of data
All data shown in the app (schedule, grades, attendance, finance, etc.) is fetched from your university's HEMIS server. We do not create or modify this data and do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy — for official purposes, refer to your university's official source.
6. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how your data is processed.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Changes to the university server may affect the app's operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
