Welcome to FocusFlow! By downloading, accessing, or using the FocusFlow application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the Application
FocusFlow is a local productivity application designed to manage Pomodoro-style focus sessions.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any data you generate through it.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to its custom sounds, UI/UX design, and source code) are owned by the developers of FocusFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- Our inclusion of third-party sound assets complies with their respective free-use or attribution licenses.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without our written consent.
3. User Data and Privacy
FocusFlow operates entirely on-device. We do not collect, store, or process your personal data on our servers. Your focus sessions, garden interactions, and preferences are saved locally utilizing Apple's on-device storage.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for any productivity loss, academic penalties, or professional consequences that may arise if a notification fails to deliver or the timer miscalculates time.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will FocusFlow, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the App. This includes any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
