Welcome to StreamNest. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamNest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

StreamNest is a music streaming application that allows users to:

  • Stream and discover music
  • Create and manage playlists
  • Import and organize local music files
  • Access premium features through subscription

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamNest

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscriptions

  • StreamNest offers Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly premium subscriptions
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4.2 Billing

  • Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
  • Manage subscriptions in your device's App Store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

4.3 Free Trial

  • Free trials may be offered at our discretion
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Share copyrighted content without authorization
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

  • StreamNest and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

6.2 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • By uploading, you grant us a license to use your content within the app
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

7.2 Content Accuracy

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of music metadata or recommendations
  • Third-party content may not reflect our views

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • StreamNest is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamNest and its team from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the app
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  2. Mediation
  3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
